It still isn't a 64-bit program, but Justin Phillips @ MakeMusic has been assuring everyone at the support forum that they have that as a goal, want to get it right, and had to do some incremental things with a release first before they make Finale 64-bit just like Sibelius is. I suspect it'll happen within the next year.
