If, like me, you spent most of the summer struggling under the weight of life in general and neglected to peek at vsl.co.at once in awhile, they posted updated sample libraries for the four Special Edition volumes to your User Area. These libraries are dated 06/23/2013. Make sure to update your eLicenser Control Center as well as your VSL Download Manager before you download the new libraries. There are links to do all of the above in your User Area once you log into your vsl.co.at account.

Yep. I'm a little late to the party too but I did update all my libraries and picked up a couple more groups from other SE volumes. I got the chamber strings and Brass from volume 3 and volume 3 extended so I could have mutes.
Has anyone noticed the most recent updates of VEPro crash when being used with Finale 2012? It's strange. It had been probably 3 months since I'd worked on any music (I know, I know) and I don't recall any stability problems. Then I open everything up again, remember how it all works, automatically update VE Pro, fire up a Finale project only for it to crash about 10 times in the span of 2 hours I was working on an orchestration project. It got so bad I finally reverted to using the garritan libraries with Finale, exported a midi file to Reaper and used VSL there.
There have been some complaints on the VSL forums about crashes with OS X on mac and they came out with a couple more updates but I've been scared to try it much because I need to work quickly.

Haven't had it crash, but there are now problems win Fin2011; lot of pops, stutters and clicks. No problem with Fin2012, but of course, then you can't capture the audio! Oy...
